Barku Plastics L.L.C. was established in Cleveland Tennessee in September of 2003 as a subsidiary of Barku Kunststofftechnik GmbH. With roots going back to Germany, BARKU has been in operation since 1977 offering plastic solutions worldwide.
With such significant experience, BARKU has established a solid reputation through valuable know how.
40 years of quality
Barku Plastics, has been producing high-quality plastic parts for 40 years. Precision parts in injection molding technology as well as profiles and tubes are produced quickly and reliably in the extrusion process.
The service field ranges from development and design to series production and further processing. A high degree of flexibility and a great deal of know-how enable constant orientation towards the wishes and needs of customers.
BARKU was founded on 1 October 1977 as a subsidiary of LUBING Maschinenfabrik GmbH by Egon Schumacher. In the meantime, BARKU has long been an independent company that covers a wide range of services in the plastics sector and manufactures highly specialized products for customers.
Today, BARKU processes more than 14,000 tons of raw material per year. The plant at the headquarters in Cleveland Tennessee which houses state-of-the-art technology and is used in three-shift operation.
ASSEMBLY AND SERVICE SUPPORT
Barku is able to provide an array of value added assembly services and engineering support. We possess the capability to develop and construct custom-built molds in cooperation with our customers or use their existing molds in our machinery. Barku Plastics can manufacture multi-part assemblies and package them ready for use.
